CPHFW SS26: Sunflower Gets Rustic 🌻

Sunflower gets rustic in this show! The matted car as the backdrop with the audience behind it is just as cool as the models and pieces they are wearing standing in front of this cool, rustic car. Who needs a new, polished, shiny car? Way too flashy, right?! Hello Sunflower, a label designed in Copenhagen, unveiled their Spring/Summer 2026 collection per their well known authority on menswear and it is one that represents something real and something lasting for men’s daily lives. While I love the car and could definitely go on about it and my love for cars, let’s focus on my four favorite picks from Hello Sunflower’s collection below:
My first pick above in the first photo is a black on black on black leather love affair. The ensemble is a sexy fitted leather jacket paired over clean, black slacks and raised black leather penny loafers with a mustard yellow vamp on the shoe that matches the knit top in the far right picture above. Color theme? Sunflower theme? Yes, I do think so! This outfit, also similar to the last outfit I picked has a matching black leather oversized leather tote. Last note on this one, nothing to do with the clothing, but I love that the model has long silver hair and a silvery white goatee. Very handsome look for this ensemble.
My second pick in the second photo is an embodiment of every guy’s best friend who is slightly cooler than them and who they would follow anywhere. A very loose, grey sports blazer draping down over a button shirt, white for contrast, not buttoned all the way up (emphasis on the breathing room up top!) and matching slacks paired over black loafers. The look is loose and one' could say not tailored enough but who needs the over tailoring when you need to stay low-key and cool? In other words, there’s space for both and this look takes the place of off the clock even when you might be on it. Save the tight-stitched tailoring for another day and loosen it up a bit!
My third pick in the third photo is a cool metallic two piece set with a silvery brown color that is set off amazingly by the model’s copper curls. I really like that the jacket is buttoned up, no need to see anything but the jacket, the pants and the model. Need I say more? It’s giving rock n’ roll bliss. So fetch!
My final pick, pictured fourth on the right, is a delicious, gradient hazelnut brown leather two piece with a matching large tote bag contrasted by a mustard knit top underneath. It stands out so much against the backdrop. It’s like a delicious cup of tiramisu set before you on the table you’re seated at in a modern coffee shop. So rich in texture and color! It’s the epitome of perfect leather craftsmanship—new shiny leather that will last forever and never go out of style. And—the model wears this entire look fiercely like it’s never coming off their body!
